UW-Parkside Art Students / ExposeKenosha / Downtown . . .

by Karen Sorensen

CHECK IT OUT!:
During the month of March you will find artwork that was originally part of the “UW-Parkside 2011 juried student art show” now on display at the following Downtown Kenosha establishments as part of an “Expose Kenosha/UW-Parkside” combined project. UW-P art students, Glen Larson and I, Francisco Loyola and Colleen Kappeler (ExposeKenosha.com) along with the owners of these fine establishments, have worked very hard to make this a successful initial effort to expose Kenosha to the wonderful things we have going on in Fine Arts.

My husband and I spent an enjoyable evening downtown tonight having a glass of wine and checking out the art – everything looks fantastic! Congratulations and thank you to all the students who participated – and a special thank you to Glen for his willingness to assist.
